System Deployment & Maintenance:Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and IT systems.
Documentation &
Collaboration:Develop IT documentation and collaborate with departments to address specific IT needs.
Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements for IT processes.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Excellentcommunicationandproblem-solving skills
Fluency in English and Arabic
