Job Brief:
We are looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and create memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will manage a specific kitchen section, prepare high-quality food that meets our Head Chef’s standards, and ensure your station is organized, sanitary, and well-stocked.
To succeed in this role, you should stay calm under pressure, work effectively as part of a team, and strive for excellence in food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare specific food items and meal components in your designated kitchen section.
Follow directions from the Head Chef and ensure consistency in food quality.
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards in food and service.
Keep your kitchen area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
Perform stock checks and manage supplies for your station.
Continuously improve food preparation techniques based on feedback.
Assist other kitchen sections as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a culinary qualification is preferred.
2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine-dining restaurant.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety and sanitation best practices.
Passion for creating exceptional food and delivering outstanding service.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
