Duration: 1 year & extendable
Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Service Desk Engineer.
- Strong Service Desk L2 support experience.
- Microsoft 365 (O365/M365) administration and support.
- Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) administration.
- Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager)
- Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management)
- ServiceNow ticketing system experience (highly preferred)
- ITSM processes and service delivery experience.
- Basic network configuration and troubleshooting.
- LAN/WAN connectivity support.
- Internet connectivity troubleshooting and ISP coordination.
