Position: Â IT Security Lead CARE
CARE is a leading organization seeking an experiencedIT Security Leadto oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity measures. As a Sr. Administrator, Security, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective firewall rules and policies, monitoring and analyzing firewall logs and network traffic, and upgrading firewall firmware to address vulnerabilities and enhance firewall capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Designandimplementfirewalls that align with industry best practices and organizational security requirements.
Analyzefirewall logs and network traffic to identify potential security breaches and implement corrective actions.
Workclosely with the IT team to integrate security measures with other IT systems and workflows.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Enhance overall cybersecurity posture through the implementation of effective security measures.
Improve incident response times and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH is highly preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT security or a related field with a focus on firewall management and cybersecurity.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in a technicalproject managementor a customer-facing role.
Experience with Audit Compliance, Risk Assessments, Risk Management Compliance, Cloud, People Management.
