As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our services. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of financial services. Candidates must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and implement lead-generation strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Present and promote company services effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
Achieve sales targets and prepare performance reports.
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience in business development within financial services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of the Middle East market is a plus.
Fluency in English; Hindi, or Arabic is an advantage.
Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
