Position Overview:
We are seeking a
dynamic
and
results-driven
IT Sales Executive to
join our growing team
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving
sales targets
within the IT sector. Must have a
proven track record
of Min USD 1,000,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed
sales targets
within the UAE market. Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, networking, and cold calling, and conduct sales presentations to showcase our IT products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing solutions to address their challenges. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions, addressing client requirements and exceeding expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management, and actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Proven track record
of achieving or exceeding
sales targets
in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales or a related role. Strong understanding of IT products and services, including web development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and software applications. Excellent
communication
and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with a passion for driving business growth and building long-term client relationships. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a
collaborative
mindset and a focus on achieving collective goals. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is preferred.
