Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and ICT roles within telecom and digital infrastructure domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and technical positions
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across ICT, telecom, and digital infrastructure domains
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/technical hiring
- Strong understanding of technical roles and industry terminology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Saudi Nationals only
- Based in Riyadh
