What We’re Looking For:
5-8 years of IT recruitment experience, specifically for UAE-based banks.
Strong understanding of banking IT roles, including core banking, cybersecurity, fintech, and cloud computing.
Proficiency in Linked In Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
