Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned IT projects in accordance with established project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Ensure successful project delivery by meeting agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business units, IT teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service commitments.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including project charters, plans, status reports, risk registers, and closure reports.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve project-related challenges and escalates issues where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance requirements, security standards, and audit requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive business and project information.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of project management practices.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and project management best practices.

Qualifications

• Educational:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Education (preferred): MBA or Master’s Degree.
• Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• Certification (advantageous): PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certifications.
• Experience:

  Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects.

• Industry

  Experience:

  Proven experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries is preferred.

• Experience:

  Experience managing multiple projects and cross‑functional teams.

• Experience:

  Demonstrated success in vendor management, stakeholder management, and project governance.
