Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking IT project activities
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, security, vendors)
- Monitor project progress and report status, risks, and issues
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and reports
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
- Ensure adherence to project management processes and standards
- Support resource allocation and task assignments
- Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion
- Identify risks and elevate issues when necessary
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or support roles
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM)
- Experience in coordinating cloud, infrastructure, or software development projects
