Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, stakeholder management experience, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support end-to-end IT project lifecycle activities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
- Ensure compliance with organizational and government project standards
- Support budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement coordination
- Track KPIs and generate project performance reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory
- Proven local experience within Qatar, preferably with exposure to government sector projects
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)

Language Requirements
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory

- Experience working with government entities in Qatar
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, or digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks within Qatar
