Job Title:
IT PMO Manager
The IT PMO Manager in Jeddah is responsible for structuring, monitoring and enhancing project governance, ensuring consistency, transparency and efficiency across all value streams and initiatives. The role drives planning, reporting, risk management and operational excellence, enabling leadership to make informed decisions and secure delivery commitments.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting. Structure planning cycles, milestones and execution follow‑up. Ensure consistency of processes across all value streams and act as a reference point for best practices within the PMO domain.
- Consolidate and track progress, risks and dependencies across initiatives. Provide clear, structured reporting to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business needs. Support continuous improvement of reporting standards.
- Identify cross‑stream risks and dependencies, assess their impact on delivery, drive mitigation actions and escalation when required. Anticipate potential delivery issues and support teams in proactively managing risks and interdependencies.
- Improve tools, templates and ways of working to increase efficiency and consistency. Promote project management best practices and contribute to the maturity of the operating model. Act as a change driver by supporting process enhancements and cross‑functional alignment.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in PMO, project or program support roles.
- Strong background in reporting, governance and planning.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in digital or IT environments.
- Fluency in English required;
Arabic is a plus.
