Job Purpose:
To perform day-to-day IT operational tasks that maintain system availability, enhance performance, and support end-users in the automotive enterprise environment.
Job Accountabilities:
- Execute routine system administration tasks including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure components.
- Respond to and resolve user-reported incidents and service requests according to established SLAs and procedures.
- Implement system updates, patches, and configuration changes following change management processes.
- Document operational procedures, incidents, and solutions to build knowledge base for future reference.
- Support backup and recovery operations to ensure data integrity and availability.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT operations support or system administration, preferably in manufacturing or automotive environments.

Education:
