IT Operations & Automation Specialist
LINKIN.SA is looking for a hands-on IT Operations & Automation Specialist to manage our core technology systems and develop automation workflows that improve operational efficiency across the organization.
This is a full-time, fully remote position open to qualified candidates worldwide. We welcome applications from professionals ranging from Associate to Senior level.
This is not a help-desk-only position. The successful candidate must be able to administer business systems, troubleshoot technical issues, manage access and security controls, and independently design and implement practical automation workflows.
The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and works closely with department heads to reduce manual work, improve system reliability, and introduce scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and monitor the company’s SaaS platforms, CRM, ERP, cloud systems, user accounts, permissions, and system integrations.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, system, and connectivity issues.
• Design, build, test, and maintain automation workflows using Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, APIs, scripting, or equivalent platforms.
• Identify repetitive and inefficient internal processes and convert them into reliable automated workflows.
• Manage access controls, cybersecurity practices, data backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies based on business requirements, cost, security, and operational impact.
• Document system configurations, integrations, automation logic, technical procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide clear progress and performance reports directly to the CEO.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in IT operations, system administration, workflow automation, or a closely related role.
• Practical experience building and deploying automation workflows.
• Experience administering or integrating CRM, ERP, and SaaS platforms.
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, access management, cybersecurity fundamentals, data backup, and disaster recovery.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with department heads and executive leadership.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and coordinate with the management team.
• Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
