IT & Odoo Manager
Job Objective
We are looking for an experienced IT & Odoo Manager to oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and Odoo ERP platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, optimizing business processes, managing integrations, and providing technical and functional support across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Lead the implementation, administration, customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP.
- Manage Odoo modules including HR, Payroll, Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, and other business applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
- Coordinate Odoo development, customization, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot Odoo technical and functional issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage system integrations between Odoo and other platforms or third-party applications.
- Monitor system performance, data security, backups, access controls, and IT compliance.
- Manage IT vendors, software licenses, subscriptions, and technical service providers.
- Lead and support IT projects, system implementations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to users on Odoo and other IT systems.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation, and system controls.
- Ensure data integrity, system availability, cybersecurity, and business continuity.
- Manage and mentor IT/Odoo team members and coordinate with external developers when required.
- Prepare regular reports on IT operations, Odoo performance, issues, projects, and improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT management, with strong hands-on experience in Odoo.
- Proven experience managing Odoo ERP implementation, customization, configuration, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules, preferably including HR, Payroll, Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and CRM.
- Experience with Odoo technical architecture, PostgreSQL, Python, XML, APIs, and third-party integrations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and data backup.
- Experience managing IT projects and external vendors/development teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to understand both technical and business requirements and convert them into practical solutions.
- Experience in Qatar/GCC is preferred.
- Odoo certification or relevant IT certifications will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on IT professional and Odoo expert who can manage day-to-day IT operations while also leading the continuous improvement and development of the company’s Odoo ERP system.
Pay: Up to QAR15,000.00 per month
