Key Functional Accountabilities:
• Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures and instructions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the systems, practices, cost optimization, and productivity & efficiency improvement.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards within WTCO and related functions such as but not limited to (HC, HSSE, Risk and Cybersecurity, etc..).
• Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Apply network configuration standards to ensure consistent deployment of routing and switching protocols across WTCO infrastructure.
• Conduct network assessments and performance checks to identify areas for improvement and resolve latency or connectivity issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on network devices to ensure availability, security, and efficiency.
• Maintain records of network architecture, including topology diagrams and inventory of core network components.
• Assist in implementing disaster recovery configurations to ensure business continuity during major disruptions.
• Check redundancy settings and failover mechanisms between primary and secondary data routes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to secure network access and prevent unauthorized intrusion.
• Analyze trends in network incidents and report recurring issues for long-term resolution planning.
• Gather network usage data and performance metrics for planning and audit requirements.
• Submit configuration changes or upgrade proposals for new infrastructure rollouts.
• Present technical input during infrastructure projects that require network integration and cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain network access controls and authentication procedures to support secure connectivity and user access management.
• Support the deployment of network equipment in new branches or business locations under defined IT guidelines.
• Assist in implementing network security policies, standards, and best practices to safeguard network infrastructure and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in implementing firewalls, access control mechanisms, and network protection solutions to prevent unauthorized access and strengthen network security posture.
• Gather and analyze network logs, alerts, and traffic reports to support monitoring activities and incident investigations.
• Submit incident reports and follow-up documentation related to network security breaches or policy violations to ensure proper escalation and closure.

Knowledge and Experience
• 4.01 – 6 years of relevant experience.
Education and Certifications
