Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced **Business Development Manager** with a strong background in **land surveying, underground mapping, and drone services**. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building client relationships, and securing projects in the UAE, particularly in **Dubai and Abu Dhabi**. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and a network of contacts in the construction, infrastructure, and geospatial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in land surveying, underground mapping, and drone services.

– Develop and implement strategies to expand GC Solutions’ market presence in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and government entities.

2. Client Management:

– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

– Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tenders to secure new projects.

– Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

3. Market Research:

– Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the UAE.

– Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements.

4. Sales Targets:

– Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new contracts and expanding existing accounts.

– Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market activities.

5. Collaboration:

– Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

– Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.

– **Experience:**

– Minimum of **5 years of experience** in business development, sales, or marketing within the **surveying, underground mapping, or drone services industry**.

– Proven track record of securing projects and building client relationships in **Dubai and Abu Dhabi**.

– Strong understanding of land surveying, underground utilities mapping, and drone technologies.

Skills:

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

– Strong network of contacts in the construction, infrastructure, and geospatial sectors.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

– Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of surveying, underground mapping, and drone services.

– Client Network: Established connections with clients, contractors, and government entities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

– Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

– Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
