Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who will drive our school engagement and sales efforts across UAE. If you’re passionate about education, technology, and creating impact at the grassroots level, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and approach schools (British, CBSE, American, IB, etc.) across the UAE for partnerships.
Pitch UWR’s training programs, STEM labs, robotics certifications, and competition participation modules.
Build strong, long-term relationships with school management, principals, and decision-makers.
Schedule and conduct in-school demos, workshops, and meetings with academic coordinators.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close B2B deals aligned with company sales targets.
Support in organizing events, training sessions, and exhibitions within schools.
Work closely with the marketing and technical team to provide tailored solutions for schools.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly report sales metrics to the management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Education.
2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
Proven experience in school engagement and educational sales in the UAE.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A clear understanding of UAE’s school systems and curriculum structures.
Must have a valid UAE driving license and own a vehicle (mandatory).
Self-starter, result-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work culture.
