Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT operations in hospital environments
- Handle HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
- Ensure strong IT infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Maintain system performance, uptime, and reliability
- Manage servers, networks, and IT assets
- Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives
- Coordinate with hospital staff for system improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of IT management experience
- Healthcare/hospital experience (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in HIS/EMR systems
- Knowledge of infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Strong leadership and communication skills
