Position: IT Manager – ERP / POS Technical & Functional
We are hiring an experienced IT Manager – ERP / POS Technical & Functional Consultant to lead enterprise application implementation and support operations.
Technical Expertise
Required:
- Strong experience in SAP Business One (Functional & Technical)
- Advanced SQL Query development and optimization
- SAP Crystal Reports for SAP Business One
- Inventory management (Physical Stock Count)
- Oracle Corporation (Database, Forms & Reports)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERP & POS implementation projects
- Manage full project lifecycle (requirements, design, testing, deployment & support)
- Drive business process optimization across departments (Finance, SCM, Sales & Service)
- Manage stakeholder expectations and cross-functional teams
- Oversee customization, UAT, and post-go-live support
- Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Provide technical leadership and user training
Core Competencies:

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in IT or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong English communication (Arabic is an advantage)
- Qatar Driving License is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
