Job Specifications
Academic & Professional Qualifications (Minimum):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- ITIL Best Practices Framework certification or equivalent
Professional Experience (Minimum):
- 15 years of overall IT experience
- At least 5 years in an IT Manager role
- Certified ITIL Service Delivery Manager / Service Support Manager (or equivalent in IT Service Management discipline)
- Other IT certifications will be an added advantage
Job Purpose:
- Develop IT strategies aligned with business and corporate objectives
- Optimize IT operations and expenditures to enhance business value
- Ensure system/network availability, data accessibility, and security
Key Functional & Managerial Duties:
- Strategic planning, teamwork, adaptability, customer focus, innovation, and results-oriented leadership
- Employee development, change management, motivation, and project management
