About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile, skilled, and dedicated Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in AC maintenance, electrical work, and plumbing and possess strong English reading and writing skills, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
– Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of AC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
– Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installation services as needed.
– Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
– Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and installations.
– Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient solutions and maintain a high level of service quality.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in AC(especially district cooling system and HVAC),electrical, plumbing work, (certifications are a plus).
– Professional & very organized
– Proficiency in both reading and writing English for documentation and communication.
– Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
– Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as required.
