Position: IT Manager Based)
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
Manage and support ERP systems (e.g., inventory, production, finance modules) tailored for garment manufacturing and retail.
Supervise the retail POS system and ensure smooth integration with central databases.
Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data and systems.
Liaise with external vendors for software solutions, hardware procurement, and support services.
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Train and support internal teams on IT tools and systems.
Plan and execute IT budgets, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
Support e-commerce and digital marketing platforms if applicable.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in the garment manufacturing or retail sector.
Hands-on experience with ERP and POS systems.
Strong knowledge of networking, data security, and IT infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
