IT Helper Jobs in Dubai at Tech Fortress
· Identifies the tank where the product is available for subject filling.
· Lines up the product in the holding tank to the allocated filling machine/ LC Flow meter in the case of bulk filling.
· Prepares/sets up the filling machine as per SKU for filling the product.
· Prepares other equipment like sealing, batch, sleeve machines etc., to commence filling
· Prepares labels as per the quantity to be filled.
· Prepares drums with labels affixed for filling.
· Ensures/lines up filling machine for correct quality, quantity cleanliness etc.
· Flushes the filling line / machine and collects sample for testing.
· Targets required production and reports reasons for under achievement, if any.
· Ensures tanker compartment is clean/ suitable for filling of bulk filling.
· Reports reasons for under production against a specific batch.
· Ensures correct quantity of bulk product is filled through LC flow meter and provides proof with the printed Ticket.
