To manage, support, and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and networks, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations that enable business continuity and user productivity.
Quality Assurance & Control
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and control processes in line with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct inspections, testing, and verification of materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance
IT Infrastructure Management
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, servers, hardware, and software.
- Ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve technical issues.
Network Administration
- Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure and network security systems.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure stable network performance.
- Maintain and support network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Technical Support
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users.
- Respond to IT service requests and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior staff or vendors when required.
System Maintenance & Security
- Perform system updates, patch management, backups, and routine maintenance.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect systems and data.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security procedures.
IT Operations & Projects
- Support implementation, upgrades, and rollout of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and installations.
- Assist in execution of IT projects and operational improvements.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security alerts.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
- Prepare reports and recommend improvements for system efficiency and reliability
