We are hiring Project Manager for one of our clients based in UAE. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, manage project risks, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with third parties and vendors to support project goals.
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Create comprehensive project plans to track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization to meet project goals.
Monitoring & Control:
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to identify areas for improvement.
Report on project progress, escalate issues to management as needed, and implement corrective actions to address project risks.
Risk & Issue Management:
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure smooth project delivery
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them effectively.
Team Leadership & Development:
Delegate project tasks based on team members’ strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Facilities & Operations Oversight:
Monitor, plan, and oversee installation, maintenance, repair, and upkeep operations of Saddle’s facilities.
Maintain maintenance logs and report daily activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
Documentation & Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Additional Duties:
Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support organizational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
Solid technical background with a strong understanding of software development, web technologies, and operational workflows.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms).
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent client-facing, internal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively.
Must have a valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED18,000.00 per month
