An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the IT department in a dynamic organization, leveraging expertise from BAE Systems and local partners to deliver innovative solutions for Saudi Vision 2030.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational objectives, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Servicing Excellence: Establish and maintain IT service management processes and frameworks, such as ITIL, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Risk Governance: Identify and mitigate IT-related risks to ensure security, reliability, and availability of IT systems and services.
Team Development: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
Vendor Partnerships: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Business Alignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their IT needs and priorities, effectively communicating IT initiatives and progress.
Requirements:
Operational Expertise: Proven experience supporting an operational business.
IT Competence: Demonstrated IT operational excellence and project management skills.
Military Industry Knowledge: Experience working in military industries.
Strategic Planning Skills: Strong strategic planning and leadership skills.
Stakeholder Engagement Ability: Ability to engage stakeholders and work with senior management.

Qualifications:
SHE Commitment: Commitment to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) principles.
ITIL Certification: ITIL certification or equivalent.
Project Management Certifications: PMP/PMI certification or equivalent.
