Key Responsibilities
As the IT Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving technology strategy and ensuring robust,innovative, and scalable solutions to support operations.
Key responsibilities include:
IT Strategy &Leadership:Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee technology implementations that enhance operational efficiency andcustomer engagement. Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to foster a high-performing culture.
Infrastructure Management:Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems, including networks, hardware, and software. Manage digital signage platforms and ensure seamless integration with advertising systems.
Digital Transformation:Driveinnovationby introducing new technologies and methodologies to optimize OOH advertising operations. Lead the migration to advanced data analytics, AI-driven tools, and programmatic advertising platforms.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver IT projects on time and within budget. Negotiate contracts with service providers, ensuring value for the company.
Compliance &
Risk Management:Establish robust IT policies and ensure compliance with local regulations and cybersecurity standards. Proactively identify and mitigate technology-related risks.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience (10+ years) in ITleadership roles, preferably within the OOH advertising, media, or digital industries.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, anddigital transformationstrategies.
Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale technology implementations and teams.
Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms, data analytics, and AI applications is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is highly desirable.
