We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the company’s digital systems, websites, and internal business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance the company’s website and web applications.
- Develop internal business systems to improve operational efficiency and automate workflows.
- Maintain and optimize company databases, servers, and system integrations.
- Manage website hosting, domain names, DNS records, SSL certificates, and web security.
- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party platforms and business applications.
- Troubleshoot software, website, and application issues, providing timely technical solutions.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect company systems and data.
- Optimize website performance, speed, security, and user experience.
- Collaborate with different departments to develop custom software solutions based on business requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure proper version control of all development projects.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance.
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve the company’s digital infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software or web development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, C#, or Java.
- Experience with WordPress, Laravel, .NET, React, Angular, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
- Experience with MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL databases.
- Knowledge of API development and integration.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in AI, automation, or workflow integration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Salary
Salary and employment package will be discussed during the interview based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
