The role is primarily responsible for supporting IT services in the country and coordinating and driving key initiatives with the Technology function. The holder of the job needs to display adequate knowledge across the domains and be able to collaborate with support teams to ensure timely resolution on new implementations, while maintaining oversight of regulatory demands, IT systems and risks across IT.

This Role You Will Be
- Deliver key initiatives in coordination with diverse teams across different geographies to achieve the collective strategic goals of the organization.
- Build and maintain close working relationships with business stakeholders and service owners.
- Support routine day‑to‑day operations and resolution of incidents to maintain service stability and performance for internal staff and customers as per defined targets.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, sound judgment, critical analysis, attention to detail and provide value‑added advice.
- Assist in the identification and registration of risk items across different IT domains, effectively manage, track audit points, MSII’s, dispensations, risk acceptances and assessments.
- Engage with Central IT teams, Line of Business and Function and Central Bank teams.
- Engage stakeholders to obtain a deeper understanding of their business, responsibilities, requirements and the impacts of the services and products.
- Maintain relationships and coordinate key projects with different internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate with five years or more experience in the IT domain.
- Experience working in a banking environment and on change projects.
- Evidence of strong communication and influencing skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP training or certification – optional.
- Understanding of finance is an advantage.
