Job Knowledge & Skills
Worked on the landscape of Employee Central integrated withSAP S4
HANA for Payroll.
Possess over 8 years of Success Factors experience in Employee Central, with a specific focus on payroll operations.
Hold an active Employee Central Professional certificate.
Bring a minimum of 4 End-to-End implementation experiences in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits, specifically tailored to payroll functions.
Demonstrate experience in supporting the configuration, maintenance, and operation of Success Factors Employee Central, with expertise in offboarding, Role-Based Permissions (RBP),EC->
S4Integration integrations, and Canvas reports related to payroll.
Possess knowledge of ERP implementation, particularly in the context of payroll, and conjoined vertical specialized systems.
Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture and industry best practices related to payroll.
Understanding of finance and accounting laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to payroll.
Acquaintance with construction, projects, FMCG industries related processes, with a focus onpayrollfor the assigned business unit.
Understand and analyze business problems and opportunities within the context of company requirements, recommending solutions to achieve organizational goals and enhance payroll processes.
Provide expertise and address L2/L3 support in payroll functions for ERP systems.
Offer L1 technical support during implementations and ongoing support phases.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), obtain sign-offs, and prepare go-live plans for all payroll system implementations.
Monitor the resolution of support issues within agreed timelines and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Prepare reports as required bysenior managementand circulate them among stakeholders, with a specific focus onpayroll analytics.
Extract and provide information/analytics from ERP Systems related to payroll for management on a need basis.
Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned into program plans, specifically tailored to payroll processes.
Conduct needs assessments and assist group companies in developing and deploying optimal payroll strategies, including project planning, coordination,change management, and project risk management.
Initiate payroll projects, reviewquality control, oversee system implementation, and manage documentation.
Maintain ongoingcommunicationwith payroll project stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, particularly those related to payroll.
Job Experience
Total 10 years of work experience.
7 years of industry-related experience.
3 years in the GCC region (preferred).
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Professional Qualification in Certifications in Tier-1 ERP systems from Microsoft, SAP
