At Mnzil, our teams rely on technology every day to move quickly and operate efficiently. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an IT Associate who will ensure our internal technology ecosystem remains organized, secure, and reliable.
This role goes beyond traditional IT support. You’ll be responsible for managing the company’s internal technology operations—from business applications and user access to devices, vendors, and IT processes—helping every employee stay productive while maintaining strong operational standards.
What You’ll Own
- Own the administration of the company’s internal technology stack and business applications
- Manage user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and access reviews
- Oversee software licensing, subscription renewals, vendor relationships, and IT procurement
- Ensure accurate tracking of technology assets, including laptops, monitors, and other equipment
- Coordinate device provisioning, maintenance, repairs, and replacements
- Support internal teams by resolving day-to-day technical issues and escalating complex cases when needed
- Maintain documentation, asset records, and IT operational processes
- Partner with Finance to manage IT-related invoices, budgets, and procurement workflows
- Continuously improve internal IT operations by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and better employee experience
✅ What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration
- Experience managing modern workplace platforms and SaaS applications
- Familiarity with identity and access management best practices
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
