Position: IT Assistant Manager (Saudi Nationality)
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or clients to sell products or services.
Follow up on leads provided by the company or generated through other means.
Maintain and update customer records and interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Handle customer objections and provide solutions or alternatives.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Report on sales activities, results, and market feedback to the sales manager or team leader.

Sales
Experience:
Previous experience in sales (B2B / corporate is preferred).
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills are crucial.
Persuasion and Negotiation:
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively to close sales.
Customer Service Skills:
Strong customer service skills to address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
Computer Literacy:
Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
Resilience:
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet sales targets.
Attention to Detail:
Accurate recording of information and follow-up actions.
Educational Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree, especially in business, marketing, or related fields.
