IT Architecture Expert
Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for processing the development and maintaining the enterprise architecture, including architecture roadmaps for the bank and the bank subsidiaries (Alinma investment, ERSAL and Saudi Finctech) to reach the desired target state architecture, utilizing business requirements and overall financial industry and technology trends as key inputs and implementing and maintaining the integrity of the overall IT enterprise architecture and the compliance of all areas of the IT Group to the agreed architecture and architecture principles, guidelines, and standards.
Key Accountabilities:
•Contribute in the development of the architecture vision and roadmap for implementation that provides for innovation, agility, architecture governance, reduced complexity and increased cost efficiency.
• Develop and update of the IT domain architecture though a continuous alignment with the bank strategy and international trends and best practices.
• Review IT solutions architecture and design.
• Align IT solutions architecture and design with the bank information security roadmap and framework.
• Participate in documenting and developing in-depth knowledge of the bank’s existing IT architecture/infrastructure, and technology portfolio.
• Provide architectural consulting expertise, direction, and assistance to Systems Analysts, Systems Engineers, and other Systems Architects.
• Participate in the definition of the architecture strategy, principles, standards and metrics, achieve buy-in from stakeholders, management, technology partners, and implement throughout ALINMA Bank.
• Sponsor all new platforms related projects aligned with platform architecture roadmap starting from the budgeting process, procurement process until the project management process.
• Communicate and participate with the bank marketing team in any awarding competition related to IT services or IT solutions.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or in any relevant field with minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
-Knowledge of core banking applications and integration standards, Enterprise Architecture standards, IT environment in the bank.
