Job Description:
– Manage end-to-end application projects, including requirements gathering, RFP preparation, solution design, UAT, implementation, go-live, and transition to support, ensuring successful digital transformation initiatives.
– Coordinate with software vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers to ensure quality delivery, SLA compliance, effective release management, and optimal application performance.
– Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and internal IT teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
– Establish and maintain IT governance standards by supporting audits, monitoring compliance, managing IT risks, overseeing change management, and tracking IT performance.
– Support enterprise applications, system integrations, APIs, data flows, testing, documentation, and continuous enhancements to ensure alignment with the organization's digital transformation roadmap.
