Job Responsibilities:

Proven experience of at least 5 years in Installing Software Solutions including interconnections and system testing.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English are required.

Demonstrating the capabilities of IVD Products line (QSD Products, EQAS, Unity Real-time Software) and configuring optimized QC solutions for customers in KSA.

Working in close cooperation with the Commercial Manager, supporting him to analyze the territories, identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with customers and KOLs, and strong involvement in the sales process to accelerate IVD Products growth.

Provide a Technical and Scientific trainings for the customers on Regulations and Guidelines, Quality Management and Quality Controls, Software solutions (handling), and other related customer training required.

Provide training to other aljeel employees on Regulations and Guidelines, Quality Management and Quality Controls, Software solutions (handling), and other related topics as and when required.

Integration and connectivity of different instruments with Quality control management software using SQL, Mirth connect.

LIS/HIS Integration for different lab instruments

Propose appropriate solutions to maximize the business opportunities.

Provide scientific and technical expertise to sales team and key customers.

Develop relationship with reference laboratories to secure business.

Acquire market trends & maintain up-to-date market information.

Preparing projects plan & implementation documentation for QSD Informatics Solutions.

Performing installation, configuration, training, and 1st level support for QSD Informatics Products

Working with sales teams to identify new clients as well as develop and retain existing business.

Quickly and efficiently close connectivity projects; interacting with customers, business partners and internal personnel.

Develop and deliver products training modules for customers & team partners.

Performing root cause analysis and implementing modifications to QSD software systems.

Ability to produce results while working on multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Ability to operate effectively with diverse professionals in a team environment.

The ability of multitasking and work successfully and efficiently within a high-functioning team and with other functions is as important as being able to resolve customers’ issues.

Admin work, Data management and maintain CRM.s

Strong technical skills to demonstrate instruments and/or consumables for research.

Bachelor of IT, Bachelor of Science (BSc), Computer Engineering
