The Role Sole IT Administrator for a sub-50 employee startup. Manage Windows Server, Exchange, Microsoft 365, file server, website, phone system, and daily user support. Direct report to management.
What You’ll Do
Administer Windows Server, Exchange, and M365 tenant (users, licenses, security)
Manage file server permissions, backups, and storage
Maintain internal phone system and website basics
Handle end-user helpdesk
3–5 years hands-on with Windows Server, Exchange, and Microsoft 365
Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy proficiency
PBX/VoIP familiarity
Independent problem-solver, strong communicator
Nice-to-Have
Microsoft 365/Azure certs, PowerShell, Veeam/Acronis experience
