About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team at GT Restructuring. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or restructuring advisory.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess clients’ financial health and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support restructuring strategies and project evaluations.
- Assist in preparing detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for analysis.
- Support the due diligence process during mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance post-restructuring to ensure objectives are met and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial restructuring.
