Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SIRA Certified Security Operations Manager with a valid UAE driving license and a strong understanding of business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security operations, ensuring compliance with SIRA regulations, and expanding the company’s security services through strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Security Operations Management:
Oversee daily security operations, ensuring compliance with SIRA and UAE security regulations.
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
Supervise and train security personnel to ensure high standards of performance.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend security solutions to clients.
Coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as needed.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand security services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.
Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and security service agreements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance service offerings.
Work on achieving business growth targets and revenue goals.
Administration & Compliance:
Ensure all security personnel and operations comply with SIRA guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and security logs.
Manage budgets, contracts, and resource allocation for security operations.
Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
SIRA Certification (Mandatory)
UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Minimum 4+ years of experience in security management, preferably in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of SIRA regulations and security industry best practices.
Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software.
