Ensure the Contractor’scompliance with the Contract Doents.
Inspectall workmanship and material.
Coordinate thesupply of vertical and horizontal controls for the Contractor.
Make layout checks on lines andgrades.
Coordinate with other
Contractors.
Maintain all file records ondesignated forms. These records include all reports on work force,equipment, progress, safety, etc.
Review andapprove the Contractor’s shopdrawings.
Locate, execute and interpret allsoils and materials testing according to the provisions in the Contract Doents and Standard Specifications.
Ensure that the Contractor isnot relieved of his responsibilities without Clientsauthorization.
Check personnel, equipment andmaterial costs for all Variation Orders and Change Orders requiredunder the terms of the Contract.
Preparation ofthe Monthly Report.
Site Safety Monitoringwherein the monitoring activities, meetings, reviews, safetyviolations, rectification measures, and accident reports areincluded in the Monthly Progress Report.
Inspect safety conditions and informthe Contractor of
construction safety
violations and follow upaction to be taken.
Attend all meetings, andprepare written minutes fordistribution.
Review correspondence and prepareresponses for signature.
Review, update,monitor and report on the Contractor’s work schedules,CPM-chart and Cash Flow Status.
Monitor andreport on progress of scheduled utility relocationwork.
Provide all photographs before, during,and after construction necessary to provide adequate doentation ofchanges in site and adjacent structures.
Reviewand approve the Contractor’s plans for protection ofexisting buildings and structures.
Review allconstruction activities regarding compliance with local trafficordinances and public convenience.
Receive andreview complaints and claims of damage and expedite the Contractor’s investigation into these complaints anddamage claims.
Approve all restoration or finalclean-up work.  Key Skills   Engineering
