Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Provide information about our services and promotions
Schedule and confirm client appointments
Address client inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Requirements
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or wellness
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into appointments
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
