About role: Will be responsible for payable management, general ledger maintenance, payroll management, budgeting and forecasting, taxation, and fixed asset management. This role will require a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in using the accounting system. Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting functions, and assisting in financial reporting including costing products, preparing quotations, and supporting the overall financial management of the company.

Oversee daily cash flow management for the project or organization, ensuring that funds are available for operational needs.
Ensure timely collection and proper documentation of POS sales reports from retail or sales channels.
Act as the main point of contact for vendors regarding payment issues, invoicing concerns, and reconciliation requests.
Manage and record daily financial transactions, including expenses, purchasing, and other operational costs.
Act as the liaison between the project team, project accountant, and other relevant departments to ensure the accurate and timely flow of financial data.
Prepare and summarize financial data, including cash flow, POS sales, vendor transactions, and project expenses, for the project accountant.
Collect relevant data from the project team, vendors, and sales teams to assist the project accountant in accurate revenue reporting.
Identify areas to improve the accuracy and efficiency of data collection, cash management, and reporting processes.
Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE tax laws.
Provide financial reports and insights to senior management, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities while maintaining strong, transparent relationships.
Support inventory management by ensuring accurate tracking and valuation of stock
Assist with stock reconciliations and maintain up-to-date inventory records. Assist implement inventory control procedures
Maintain accurate and timely financial records using QuickBooks, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Manager & oversee company financial policies, insurance & validation in line with UAE rules.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or professional qualifications like CPA/CA/CMA.
Holder of valid UAE Driver’s License is a plus
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar role in UAE
Excellent at professional email drafting and telephone etiquette
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English Language.
Excellent Knowledge of VAT, Trading, Shipping areas of works.
Corporate Accounting & Bookkeeping. Accounts Payable Management.

Advanced MS Office and Financial Software Proficiency
SKILLS
Excellent at translating documents from Arabic to English of all company legalization paper works. Strong analytical and data management skills
