As an IRD Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
– Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items
– Ensure that all food and beverages are of high quality
– Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including setting and clearing tables
– Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service
– Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests
– Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
– Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests
– Attend training sessions and meetings as required by the company
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year experience as an IRD Waiter
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
– Strong knowledge of food and beverage items and their preparation methods
– Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
