Responsibilities:
Assist investors in making informed decisions regarding the company’s equity and respond to their inquiries.
Forward input from significant stakeholders to management.
Conduct presentations and data visualization, fully responsible for financial valuation and creating financial models to assess the company’s share price.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to convey the company’s investment story, financial performance, and growth strategy to current and potential investors.
Create financial models and research models for analysis.
Monitor share price, competition, and market activities, investigating any significant price movements.
Track competitors’ behavior in the market, including new product launches and statements that may impact the company’s stock.
Interact with equity research analysts.
Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Organize and facilitate meetings, roadshows, and conferences with investors and analysts to foster strong relationships.
Gather and analyze feedback from investors to inform company strategy and address concerns.
Ensure all investor communications comply with relevant regulations and best practices in investor relations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to align company messaging and strategy.
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, communications, economics, or related fields. A master’s degree (such as an M.B.A.) is not necessary but is considered an asset.
• 8-10 years of work experience in positions involving investor relations and financial investment.
• Strongly preferred experience with a publicly traded company operating under regulatory frameworks regarding investor information disclosure laws.
