Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to support our sales team in managing overall sales performance, conducting product demo meetings, identifying and generating new leads, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and possess a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Conduct product demo meetings and presentations to potential clients.
Assist in managing the overall sales performance by monitoring key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, etc.).
Maintain and update the customer database with new leads and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
Administrative Support:
Organize and schedule sales meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
Handle order processing and customer service inquiries.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media outreach and email campaigns.
Manage and update CRM systems with sales progress and customer interactions.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Address client inquiries, provide product information, and assist in resolving issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and follow-ups.
Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Other Duties:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
