Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an Investment Property Specialist to join their

team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and promoting investment properties, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring successful transactions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent sales skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property investment goals and preferences.

Actively promote investment properties through various channels, including online platforms, events, and direct client interactions.
– Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the Dubai real estate market.
– Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize
client satisfaction

– Negotiation:
Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales with clients and developers to ensure favorable outcomes.
– Client Advisory:
Provide expert advice on property investments, including market trends, potential returns, and legal considerations.
– Documentation:
Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met for property transactions.

Qualifications:
