A new opportunity with a reputable Qatari investment firm has opened. They are looking for a real estate investment professional to join their APAC team.
About our client
Our client is a prominent investment firm based in Qatar, seeking an experienced real estate investment professional to join their APAC investment team. This role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and recommending high-value investment opportunities across the APAC region. This will require full relocation to Doha, Qatar.
What the job involves
Oversee the acquisition process, working closely with M&A and Legal teams, developing and reviewing financial models, conducting benchmarking, and preparing internal reports.
Support transactions such as refinancing, recapitalisations, disposals, and incremental investments, including process management and financial modelling.
Monitor and evaluate real estate investments, providing recommendations on corporate actions and approvals as part of ongoing asset management.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners in the APAC region to align with business objectives and uncover new opportunities.
Track and report on asset performance, reviewing valuation models, and coordinating with valuation advisors, fund administrators, and property managers.
Deliver quarterly updates on market trends across key APAC regions, including China, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India, and Australia.
Share expertise and contribute to the professional development of the Real Estate Department.
Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
Extensive experience in real estate with some of this experience being in a buyside role.
Strong knowledge of the APAC real estate market.
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
The ability to fully relocate to Doha, Qatar.
