Investment Origination Analyst — Real Estate, Technology & Private Credit Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Fidavora Commercial Brokerage – FZCO
We are a Dubai-based commercial finance brokerage arranging debt, equity, private credit, convertible instruments and structured funding for clients seeking USD 10m+ capital. Core sectors include real estate, technology, data centres, renewables, infrastructure and operating companies. The role involves screening inbound leads, preparing funding summaries, assessing credibility, matching opportunities to funders, and supporting origination through to mandate and transaction close.
Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role and client facing role required.
Base USD 50,000–75,000 depending on experience, with realistic OTE of USD 150,000–200,000 for high performers.
