The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial and real estate data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.
Responsibilities
• Analyze current and historical financial and real estate data and performance to recommend opportunities for profit improvement.
• Regularly review financial information through both routine and ad hoc reports.
• Interpret financial and real estate data to identify changing trends, patterns, and their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present financial insights and business concerns to management in a clear and actionable way.
• Analyze investment fund performance, real estate investments, and market trends.
• Collaborate with fund managers to prepare visibility reports.
• Build financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Monitor portfolios and benchmark performance against competitors.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders.
• Support due diligence processes and evaluate new investment and real estate opportunities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or real estate investment analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• CME1 to CME4 certified.
