Investment Manager – Jeddah
We are looking for an Investment Manager to lead our investment strategy, identify growth opportunities, and engage with potential investors to support Limo’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities aligned with Limo’s growth strategy
- Develop and execute investment and fundraising strategies
- Source, approach, and engage with potential investors and funding partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and strategic partners
- Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
- Manage and track investment performance and reporting
- Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in investment, finance, or related fields
- Strong experience in financial analysis and feasibility studies
- Proven ability or exposure to investor relations and fundraising
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CFA are a plus

نبحث عن مدير استثمار لقيادة الاستراتيجية الاستثمارية، وتحديد فرص النمو، والتواصل مع المستثمرين المحتملين لدعم توسع ليمو.
المهام الرئيسية
- تحديد وتقييم الفرص الاستثمارية بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية نمو ليمو
- إعداد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الاستثمار وجمع التمويل
- البحث والتواصل مع المستثمرين المحتملين وشركاء التمويل
- بناء وإدارة علاقات قوية مع المستثمرين والشركاء الاستراتيجيين
- إجراء التحليلات المالية ودراسات الجدوى وتقييم المخاطر
- إدارة ومتابعة أداء الاستثمارات وإعداد التقارير
- متابعة السوق وتحديد فرص النمو الجديدة
المتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في الاستثمار أو المالية أو مجالات ذات صلة
- خبرة قوية في التحليل المالي ودراسات الجدوى
- خبرة أو معرفة في علاقات المستثمرين وجمع التمويل
- فهم قوي للأسواق المالية والاستراتيجيات الاستثمارية
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وعرض ممتازة
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة النمو
المؤهلات
- بكالوريوس في المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو الاقتصاد أو مجال ذو صلة
- يفضل وجود شهادات مهنية مثل CFA أو ما يعادلها
